Purified water, a few drops of colloidal silver as preservative and a tiny bit of powder carrying the vibrational frequency
I use a mortar and pestle and it takes time!

Best taken when you have a few minutes to yourself. Use these essences with awareness and gratitude to the trees/plants from where they came.
2 drops on Crown chakra, 3 drops on Heart chakra or follow your intuition.
Instructions are on the bottle.
